What is up with nintendo?

I have a Nintendo wii and have it setup to receive msgs from nintendo and 3rd party places, and i also have wiiconnect 24 turned on but i never receive any messages anymore, I used to get 1 or 2 a week but over the past 2 months I not had 1 msg. Does Nintendo not have any new stuff or is there something wrong with my Wii?

Nintendo send alot of messages when they have alot news, and when they have no news for you to know they don't send messages. So don't worry about it. And there is nothing wrong with your Wii.

nintendo developers are either lazy or they don't have any good ideas... specially with all the crappy games that are coming out.. we need some new channels... how about a demo channel for wii games? or an update for the shop channel that lets you rent games for a week instead of having to buy them and play them once never to be touched again? how about a media player channel? where you can play music or videos? how about a firmware update and a new channel that lets you play dvd movies without having to hack your wii? come on... well no your wii is fine nintendo is just being kinda lazy.. and they barely release anything new.. and if they do it's just a stupid useless channel or a firmware update that "helps the speed of the wii" or some bullcrap like that...

I have had a Wii since release and played it about 20 times and I even have about 15 games, reason, the Wii is c**p.  It's just a gamecube with stupid motion sensor remotes, think about it, power, graphics and processing are about the same as a gamecube and it's not Hi-def.

As far as online content goes, the Wii falls severly far behind, XBOX Live and the PS Store have way morenew, updates, games, videos, pictures, music and other things to download, the Wii is just filled with crappy old retro games that are over priced, so the fact that you have no messages is not important as the Wii is inferior.
