What is wrong with my brother?

My little brother is 4 years old, and i think something is wrong with him. I'm concerned about him and want to make sure I can help him with it.

He is always screaming, at nothing, or when he don't get what he wants, he finds it really really hard to understand what people are trying to say to him, simple commands like, lie on your belly (when he was getting his photo taken). Its so hard trying to get through to him, he is 4 and a half, and cant seem to tell the difference between colours.

He sounds like my ex wife. I'd get him testeand evaluated.

Look up Autism different people have different signs you brother sounds like he some of the signs.  He will have to be evaluated.  He sounds like he is frustrated and that may be because he see's others being frustrated and learning from that behavior.  that is very sweet you being concerned with your little brother.

Your parents should take him to the doctors for evaluation.

I have a nephew that is way behind but not a screamer and they aren't sure as to why yet.I would go to a doctor though as a precaution to make sure it is nothing medical and to cancel that out.Maybe also try a behavioural specialist too did you do that.I even spelled it wrong but I am lazy today,lol.Good luck ok.

I would try to work a little more closely with him regarding colors, shapes, commands, and what's right and wrong. Reward him for the things that he does right and when he tries his hardest to improve on something that he has been learning or has learned on his own. Show him that his older siblings cares. Don't treat him like a little baby, and tell him and remind him that he is a big boy. See what can develop from that.
