probably ice cream :-)  my fave "real" food at the moment is eggplant parmesan, i made it for the first time last week & i'm in love with it now! fried eggplant slices in a garlic-onion tomato sauce baked with LOTS of mozzarella cheese...yummm!

Today my favorite food was a roasted "Cornish hen" it's a tiny little chicken that only takes about 1 hour to roast in the oven. I stuffed it with celery, onion and carrots salt and pepper and the oven did the rest. It turned out great and was very tasty.

Tomorrow I don't know what my favorite food will be but since it's Saturday it will be a big fat hamburger.

I love to cook and my favorite food changes daily.

If I really really had to name one favorite food it would have to be "angel hair pasta" served with just about any sauce even olive oil mixed with  butter, garlic and oregano and topped with Parmesan cheese.   Sometimes the most simple dish is just wonderful.
