eggs and bacon w/toast

Brown up some Bob Evans sausage.  Scramble in some eggs.  Add salsa.  Put in a tortilla flour shell top with shredded cheese and sour cream.  If you have extra time make some hash browns and add those in also.  I make this for the guys when they go to the Nascar Races.  It's a hit!!

It use to be bacon, grits, eggs, and toast. But now, I prefer oatmeal with equal, honey, and cinnamon, with either apples, bananas, or strawberries. But I do have bacon and grits ever so often.

For every day, it's grits with butter and pepper.  For a weekend b'fast I make ham and cheddar spoonbread.

Biscutes eggs bacon and fruit punch mmm what i do sometimes with my biscute i open it put egg and bacon in it and make an egg sandwich lol

I love home-made french toast made with french bread and alot of butter on top.  Also I like greek eggs- eggs with tomatoe, basil, and fetta cheese.
