What is your favorite riesling?

Urziger Wurzgarten, hands down.  It's about $35 a bottle.

But also Piesporter Goldtropfchen.  Both Kabinett (the least sweet).  The Piesporter runs about $20 a bottle.

Both are great, not overly sweet, and lots of body/structure.

If you're looking a good domestic Riesling, try the Columbia Winery Cellarmaster Riesling.  Not as full bodied/structured as the German Rieslings, but very good.

RELAX riesling is one of my all time favorites. It is not super expensive and it is perfectly sweetened.

Covey Run is also an excellent riesling with peach flavored undertones. I would highly recommend either!

Chateau Ste Michelle produces a nice and affordable Riesling, imo.

Any of the sweeter Rieslings, I am not a fan of the drier ones.

J. Lohr is my favorite, and Chateau Ste. Michelle is also very good.  They're both affordable, both have just the right level of sweetness, and both have complex flavors.  Chateau Ste. Michelle seems to be more widely available, though...
