In terms of main dishes Gumbo is a medley for the mind, sense of smell and the tastebuds. Fajitas are for when I am serious hungry and ready to chow down. Whole wheat pasta with sundried tomatoes, red onion and vegetables are also great!

For snacks I like pita and hummus or whole wheat English muffins with mozzarella soy cheese and spices. Sometimes salmon and sourcream with crackers also.

I don't care for sweets much but when I do a slice of yellow or spice cake with a light layer of chocolate frosting is lovely!!!
