What isss 'littttle misss sunshineeee"?

okay i know the saying and those sayings on the tshirts with that character that says " Little miss sunshine" but i dont get it...is it said in a striahgt forward way like "shes always happy " orrr is it said in a sarcasticcc manner that shes " litte miss sunshine" ??

  2. I think it may have come from the Mr Men series of children's books where there is a little miss sunshine where everything is seen in a positive bright happy way.

  3. it just is saying that she is always happy and brings sunshine to any occasion
