What it your worst work habbit ?

what's the stupidest thing you've done at work,what shouldn't you be doing,bad habbits etc.

I talk c**p about my co-workers when I am bored. But I don't backstab. Everyone knows what I say about them.

Sometimes I've realized when I talk more than I have to, I lose my thoughts or what I'm really saying.

That's the worst I've ever felt and try to now be selective in words and keep the conversations clear.

I work at a hotel so my job is basically standing in front of the computer ALL THE TIME and I have a bad habit of staying on the internet constantly...like right now.  Even when I'm in the middle of checking someone in, if I have just posted a question or something or expecting an e-mail I will quickly refresh the page while I am still putting their information into the computer.
