What kind of degree to teach?

If you have a degree in accounting or economics can you teach that subject in college? What other requirements are needed? thanks

you need a graduate degree and credentials to be a teacher.

You have to get at least a graduate degree. Then you have to go through the steps to fulfill the various credentials in your state.(It varies for each state.) Usually, as you are going through your Master's classes they will provide you with the info you need to get those credentials fulfilled.
