What kind of exhaust..help??

ok..in the movie The fast and the furious tokyo drift..when the main dude races d.k. for the first time (in the "mona lisa" car)... when they are lined up and ready to race they are reving their engines..im not sure which one it is but its a sort of higher raspy exhaust.. does anyone know what the exhaust kit is????

umm... maybe a tin can with holes in it?  i think the help you need is learning what a car should really sound like.   here's an example of what i think is an excellent exhaust sound.
