What kind of makeup should a read head with light skin a small eyes wear at make a gut notice her?

use alot of blues, purples, and greens  for eye shadow :D

Are your eyes blue? Play them up with some medium grays and metallic or light pink to really make them stand out. Avoid black eye liner, as your skin is most likely fair. Dark colors will not flatter a red head, especially with light skin.

Warm tones are really what you should concentrate on. Play up your lips with a rose color (avoid lip liner, it looks tacky).
