  1. i think gravity...

  2. In falling material to a black hole forms an accretion disk.  It all spins the same way.  The material doesn't fall straight down the black hole, it transfers it's angular momentum to the black hole.  So, the black hole spins.

It's more complicated, but you could look up frame dragging.

Black holes can orbit other things - such as other black holes.  Gravity doesn't care that it is a black hole - all it cares about is that the black hole has mass.  So you can move a black hole by stationing a big mass near it.

  3. Newton's first law of motion...

  4. i dont think it moves. i think the stuff around it does.. making it seem like it moves

  5. Black holes are believed to have spin rates which are mainly determined by the material falling in on them. Also, like any astronomical body, they are subject to gravitational forces from other objects. It may seem strange to think of a black hole being tugged around by another object, but if entire clusters of galaxies feel the effect of gravity from other clusters, so can a black hole.
