In my opinion, it's someone who can understand you, and accept you for who you are. Someone who will always be there for you, and in turn, you are always there for them. In my eyes, it isn't about the physical actions in a relationship, but the emotional and mental ones. Feeling close to someone emotionally/mentally is far more important than physically.
