What motivational speech can i give?

i am captain of my rugby team which sadly are really unconsistent. We always play when motivated but i always find it hard to motivate the players before the start of the game. How can i do this?

You might try a chant or something. Some like call and response stuff. I've seen alot of teams do this before tournaments and it definitely gets the fire going. My team usually gathers in a circle and shouts and stomps while our coach jumps around and yells in the middle. Whatever gets them fired up and ready for blood.

that its c**p and they cnt play, and tell them to change it

make them think that they hav to change it
