ok, nathan my cousins cousin.

my mum and my cousins dad are siblings, and my cousins mother and nathans dad are siblings.

what does that make him to me - we are related right?

(its not a dodgy question I just dont know how to describe distant relatives)

ok.. u are related to nathan.. but not by blood , jus marriage. he would basically be called a distant relative with no blood relation.

Your mother and your cousins dad are siblings (which means that they are brother and sister), their children would be your first cousin. Your cousin's mother (which would be your aunt) and nathan's dad (which would be your uncle) are brother and sister.  If Nathan is your aunt and uncle's son, then he is srill your first cousin.  I hope this helps you...I know it can be confusing, been there myself!

the first parts means  that guys your uncle and the second part  means your aunt (cousins mother) is also nathans aunt and nathans dad is your uncle which makes nathan your cousin. so yes your related, whether by marriage or not your cousins.
