What should I say to boss

I'm quitting so I can go back to school. THANK GOD!!! I HATE my boss with a passion! she's the boss you hope you don't get, and I have her. she talks and treats me like I'm stupid. very rude. she'll holler at me and motion for me to come with this dirty look on her face. I have no problems with people doing this when I'm walking by, but to holler across our part of the factory and get mad when I don't come because I can't hear is ridiculous! what should I tell her on my last day?

Nothing negative. You are not going back but it would be immature to be rude. So just say.. Thanks and good bye. Be polite. It was an experience with the working world and in a factory a lot of noise is going on so I guess people sometimes should a lot, to hear over the noise. Those who work there all the time get used to it.. Don't sweat it. Just be professional and polite when you leave then you leave no bad impression behind. You can think what you want but don't show it in body language and don't say it...

Say nothing impolite.  Rise above her rudeness.  You never know when you might run into her again.  If you tell her off it may rebound on you in the future, with bad results.
