go on holiday, ibiza with friends make sure everyone knows its YOUR birthday. if not hire a limo and go somewhere really famous. have a big birthday bash with you name in neon lights all over or something. party on the beach? in the park? do whatever but make it wild.

say amsterdam or spain. It may be cold but it won't spoil your fun.
