What should my major be?

Im going to college in a couple years and I want to be on television broadcating for like Extra or E- news or something like that where I report on celebrities! So what would my major be and what college would be best for me?

Major in journalism/communications at a 4 year school in CA. Also try to get part-time jobs in the industry to build contracts in the industry and/or start hanging out and start an online blog/website.

I'm sorry but if you want your future to be filled with scrounging for every little detail about a celebrities life that's pretty sad. Why not true for something more impressive that will allow you to have a better life, both financially and morally?
