tuesday: 600m, 200m, 200m, 300m, 100m, 100m

today: 3x lap of 100m sprint on straightaways, 200m

what should my workout be tomorrow?

  1. I assume you run all the time so...

    why not change it up a bit?

    maybe sprint a good distence then do 50 push-ups and 30 sit-ups

    or go with something compleatly different and go for a swim or ride a bike.

    running is great but you gotta change it up once in awhial.


  2. 3x 55m, 3x 100m, 3x 200m, 3x400m, 1 lap cool down after workout.

    55 and 100 should be straightaways only.
