  1. date is good diet.

  2. same here, i start school the first day of ramadan and i will have to break my fast at school, so probably taking a snack and a bottle of water to break the fast then eating a full meal when you get home would be the way to go. at suhoor you should eat whatever you stomach can take at that time, for example if i eat eggs that early in the morning i will throw up, so i just eat a croissant or a little pasta, or rice, and i drink coffee at suhoor or i will get a headache.

  3. Eat halal food of course.  Specifically, I would recommend more natural foods, less artificial "junk foods" and carbs.  Also less fried foods.  You should eat foods that contain a good amount of proteins and fibers, you will feel full longer and get more energy with those foods.  Also, I recommend drinking mostly water and to avoid other sugary drinks.

  4. Eat eggs, that usually keeps me full for the rest of the day. For iftar whatever you are craving you should eat, but start off with eating a date, then soup and salad, and leave the big meal for later.
