What size running martingale?

What size would my 4 yr old 16hh and maybe still growing TB gelding need in a running martingale? I am looking at some nice ones on ebay and all they say is pony, cob, or full size...would the full size fit him properly? thank you very much?

Yes the full size one will fit him properly.  Most running martingales are made to adjust some what.
