What subwoofers should I choose?

I'm getting two 12' subwoofers and I'm trying to decide between these two

JL Auido W3v3

I was wondering what your opinion on these two are.

Go for the alpine they tend to be better quality

between the two the jl w3 are more sq and the alpines are probably more spl

i have the old school w3s and i heard that they were the same as the new

(jls has excellent marketing) the jls w3 are very sq even more so then their higher subwoofer lines and dont get louder at a certain volume meaning that it got loud but when i wanted it to get louder it wouldnt

if you are going to compare speakers, at least have them on the same level. a type r is alpines top of the line speaker, where as jl audio w3v3 is not. w3 has 2 levels below and above them. but if you go best for best I'll choose jl audio 12w7 or 13w7 all day very very good with sound quality.
