  1. lol its more like what NOT to eat...the only things you cant really have is a lot of fish like shark, you can have about 1 6oz can of tuna a week, stay away from unpaterized cheeses like brie, blue cheese, goat cheese, dont eat under cooked meats, dont eat raw eggs

  2. Healthy foods from all the usual groups.  Avoid anything that upsets your stomach, and certain other potentially risky foods (cold lunch meat, raw milk/unpasturized cheeses, raw seafood, undercooked eggs. Keep high mercury fish to a minimum, and limit alcohol to an occassional single, small drink.)

Beyond  that -- veggies, fruits, whole grains, dairy products, meat/fish/legumes -- a few treats to make you happy.  The same basic sort of diet you'd eat (or should eat ...)  when not pregnant.

  3. normal food.  However you may want to stay away from spicy or fried food because they may give you indigestion.  Eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink lots of water

  4. I was sick a lot in my first trimester so a lot of protein like hamburger meat and stuff made me sick...I ate some chicken but for the most part I stuck to cold fruits and veggies.  I ate a lot of apples and peanut butter so I could still get the protein I needed.  Now im eating a lot better b/c im not as sick!  I still eat salads but I pretty much eat what I want except fast food and sushi or a lot of fish!  Stay away from raw meat and clean your fruit and veggies really good before eating them!

  5. Wow .. "if you don't know what to eat you have no business having a baby" .. ? That's a little rude & ridiculous. If you can't answer her question you have no business clicking "ANSWER" on her page then! :) Anyway.

It all depends on your situation. Your doctor would be the best person to answer that. All depends on your weight, age, etc. Although I have figured out that with severe nausea & vomiting, which I've suffered from since week 8 and I'm now 27 weeks, Rice Krispies with skim milk & sliced bananas or nectarines is amazing. :)

    Congrats!

  6. Whole foods, fruits, veggies and lean protein.  Also start taking vitamins.

  7. basicly aall healthy foods such as fruits, vegtables, and fish is good for you too! stay away from caffiene

  8. Your Doctor will prescribe Vitamins and Iron for you.

In addition to your prescription ask the Doctor for a Diet brochure.

The Doctor will evaluate you first asking what type of food allergies you have, if any, and will give you a list of foods to include in your day to day food requirement, according to what you tell him/her.

May the LORD bless you and your Baby.
