My husband and I are finally getting a date night. We have not been on a date in three years because of our three year old daughter. So I have no idea what we should go do. Any good ideas on what would be fun for both of us?

  3. Hmm... how about a romantic dinner cooked by you both (which is always fun), and then watching some sappy films or something you both enjoy?  Is there anyone who could look after your daughter whilst you're together, then you can have some proper time alone.  If not dinner out and a movie you both enjoy would be nice most likely.

    Hope this helps.

  8. Maybe you could try a restaurant with dinner and dancing? There are some restaurants where you get your meal and then after they have dancing lessons. Or, you could have dinner then a walk at the beach, or a movie, or try mini putting, or bowling, or something fun that you haven't done together before.

  9. I have taken my hubby to a nice restaurant that actually had a motel.

During dinner I slipped off to the 'toilet' and picked up our key to a room.  He had know Idea!  When we had finished dinner, we got in the car and I drove in to the motel parking space...he was very surprised to say the least.     Even if you can't stay the whole night you could have room service and chat in the spa  :)
