What to have for tea tonight?

I've got a nice homemade minestrone soup for tea, but should I have cheese sandwiches with it, or cheese on toast? Or is there anything else that could do it justice?

Make some toast, cut some thick slices of cheddar cheese to put on it, stick it under the grill for a minute or two. Gorgeous! (And don't forget to put some mustard on top! mmmm)

Nice bread with just butter! That's the best with such a lovely soup.
