OK. Me and my grandma are going to make a smoothie just for the fun of it. We're going to add these berries : Strawberry; Blackberries; and raspberries. What else are we supposed to add? Does anybody have a good smoothie recipe for these fruits?

  1. We use fruits, vanilla yogurt (I find the plain to be too tart), some ice and some milk.  My family loves them!

  2. The smoothie ingredient in a smoothie is a peeled, frozen banana. The berries are excellent for flavor, and if too acidic, add some powdered sugar to taste. Of course add some water and ice to stretch it out.

  3. You might want to replace those berries with seedless jam and use splenda/artificial sweetener to sweeten it up without increasing calories (better for your G-MA and yourself). Try out adding ice cream and/or yogurt.

    2 quick recipes:

    * Strawberry jam, spenda/sweetener, Skimmed/UHT Milk (or powder milk if you like it thick), strawberry ice cream. Lots of ICE

    * Banana, caramel syrup (NOT pancake syrup!), spenda/sweetener, vanilla icecreme, skimmed/uht milk or powered milk. Maybe custard sauce (nevery tried with that). Lots of Ice.

If you want it simple, just use icecream, with matching flavor jam, sweetener, milk, ice.

  4. plain yogurt or milk   and ice!! alway add ice

  5. add milk and ice

  6. I make smoothies all the time and I put some ice, vanilla yogurt, a little sugar(or however much you want) and strawberries.  i always taste it after i mix it up to see if i need more sugar or anything else! Hope that helps!! :D

  7. stawberries milk ice if there is stawberrie juice

  8. blueberries

you can put not just berries like banana, mango, oranges,

  9. Blend frozen strawberries with vanilla yogurt and orange juice.

Or frozen strawberries with plain yogurt and honey, and milk.
