What to study???

i am 18 years old from malaysia. i dunno what to study but i am sure that i want to be in medical field...please suggest one specific field in medical...and what i have to do in order to achieve success in this field..and how to start?? i want to work in this field according to the high salary offered to fullfilled the career market..im sure many of us agree with me..

but now i'm at PLKN...i think after i hav finish PLKN..i want to take medic..but i dunno how to start.. ;(

well since you arent sure what to take in the medical field, why dont you do your doctor's degree? after whatever years it takes, you will have studied a little of all fields and by then you will be able to figure out what interests you the most....
