What to wear under baseball pants?

i wan to know what do i wear under baseball pants? hve any suggestions.

Get a pair of sliding shorts to wear as your first layer (against your skin). They should be tight but comfortable and have good padding on the outside of your thighs to protect against scrapes when you slide.

If you get a pair of sliding shorts that has a cup pocket, do NOT use it to hold your cup. It won't stay in place and you'll spend more time adjusting your cup then you will playing baseball.

You need to decide if you will wear a cup. If you ever play anywhere in the infield, then you pretty much need one. If you only play outfield, you can get away without one, but I've seen outfielders get hit in the jewels, and I've seen people get hit there with bad throws while running the bases, so I recommend you wear one no matter what position you play.

If you decide to wear a cup: Get a McDavid brand jock strap with the gel cup (it has flexible sides). It is much more comfortable than a solid plastic cup (offers the same protection), plus the McDavid brand jock straps last much longer than the Bike brand. Put the cup inside the pocket of the jock strap and wear that over the sliding shorts. Then pull the baseball pants on and go play ball.

I wear tighty whites, and then sliding shorts. Some wear a jock to hold their cup.

i would DEFINITELY wear a cup if i were you and you could wear sliding shorts if you want to, but that's an option that you can decide  on.

A lot of sporting good stores like Eastbay.com and D*cks Sporting Goods(apparently I can't use this word because they think i'm trying to say something perverted) sale something called "sliding shorts" or something along those lines. They are a compression short with a little thicker material on the sides so give you some protection. Most of them also come with a cup holder too. Hope this helps.

You could wear sliding shorts.

You can either wear them with underwear or without.

You can also buy sliding shorts that have a cup pocket.
