if you really want vintage, add a dirndl skirt in an ikat print, with maybe a metallic chain belt. Ballet flats or a wedge (no skinny heels).

I would wear dark blue jeans and a long silver necklace with something cute like a heart hanging at the bottom or hoop earrings. Go for a simple shoe like a ballet flat or a pair of vans.
