What two opposites together reflect wholeness?

What wholness do black and white (or positive/ negative) provide? Black and white do not describe alone or together all possible colours (or reflections of light).

Similarily, positive + negative do not cover all possible electrical charges. Neutrons are neither positive nor negative.

It is probably our one-dimensional illusion that make us think there are only two possible opposites:

Good and Bad

Good and Evil
