What was that program called?

Question

There was a program that aired on Fox, must've been in the mid to late 90's and it was about all sorts of medical happenstances. There were lots of stories about people who were disfigured by birth or some other means. There was a gentleman from China that had two mouths and another story about a man that had no nose (he had a prosthetic that when removed would show a gaping hole in his face).

I totally want to find this program but can't remember the title. Any help?
