What wine with dinner tonight? ?

Question

My boyfriend is cooking Sriped Sea Bass - Pan frying it. I have three bottles of wine at my apartment to chose from:

1. Cakebread - Sauvignon Blanc - Napa - 2006 (white)

2. Alsave Trimback - Pinot Blanc - France - 2004 (white)

3. Bertani Villa Arvedi - Amarone - Valpolicella Valpantena 2004 (red)

I got all 3 bottles from friends - any help?!

I love the Bertani Villa Arvedi... a very very nice Amarone..But not with your Sea Bass.

Go with the Pinot Blanc and if you finish that one, the Sauvignon Blanc is a good back up.
