The Rock's return at 25.  And here's why.

The renaissance of wrestling is an inevitably, wrestling's going to hit another spike of popularity.  It happens every 10 years or so.  First it was Rock and Wrestling with Cindy Lauper and Hulk Hogan, then it was the Attitude Era.  I don't know what the next big thing will be to put wrestling back on top, but it's inevitable.  While it may not be the Attitude Era part 2, there will be another resurgence of big names that make it into the mainstream world and take over pop-culture, just like Stone Cold and The Rock did ten years ago.

Austin's still under contract with the WWE, and while him winning a world title is a bit far fetched at his stage in his life, it's more likely than the Rock becoming a full time wrestler at this point.

Ric Flair coming back into the world of wrestling for another 10 years wouldn't surprise me in the least.  He's already got the ring itch, and he's already ruined his marriage because of it.  With family obviously not playing a major role in Flair's decision (as it never has throughout the course of his career), I wouldn't be surprised if Flair popped up to do Commentary, be a GM, a manager, or at least a road agent.  Flair's the type of guy whose destined to die on the road doing what he loves to do best, and that's wrestle and party.  Is it noble?  That's subjective.  I'm sure his family wouldn't think so, but in a way, it feels like that's the way it's destined to be.

The Rock has severed all ties with wrestling.  He currently has no working contract with the WWE in any capacity.  He's even gone as far as to try and shed the name "The Rock."  While I doubt he's the next James Dean, he sure as heck isn't the next Ric Flair.  Rocky's done with wrestling.
