What wrong with my eye???

the nite b4 last nite me and my friends went swimmin in the wisconsin river in mosinee wisconsin and it was like 8 sumthin at nite. then we went back to the house and i took a shower to get the gross river water off of me then i was brushing my hair in the mirror and my right eye was swollen like on the lid and i dont know wat is wrong with it...do u know what it could be?

You may be about to get a sty..Which i think i am about to get too because my eye is getting puffy and it hurts on my lower lid.. Best thing to do warm compress or even a warm tea bag..
