I dont have a favorite-- there are too many. Quite fond of James Wright.  Also I love the poem "Those Winter Sundays".

"Ribh in Ecstasy" --W.B. Yeats. Boils down to an essence the difficulties of passion/religion & expression.

"Marshall Washer"--Hayden Carruth. Amazing personal and cultural take on the ever-dying farm life in Northern New England
