The dream is what ever a person can dream and it coming true. It might  be having a home , a car , a family or two ton of pot. to everyone there own

the opportunity to work, have a roof over my head, be able to keep my children from being hungry. the possibility of  living free and not fear for my life because of my sexual orientation,religion,political views, even my ability to express my opinion too thousands. too travel to another state without having to be fearful or carry a permission slip to do so? I have little wealth but consider myself blessed to be in America. thanks for the question, it made me count my blessings.
