Whats a good career for me?

i am thinking about going to school for marketing/advertising.. i chose this because i am interested in the design aspects of commercials, magazine ads and all the other ads out there... the problem is i have no idea how to do design stuff on the computer but i am creative and am always coming up with tons of ideas( ive been deemed the idea creator at work) im also interested in fashion and like to make my own clothes and purses does anyone have any ideas or advice/guidence for me? maybe someone is in that field of work and can help me? i just want to know the types of jobs that i could do with that degree or maybe im going in the wrong direction... i dont want to have to change my major a million times or graduate and realise i did it for nothing

You should start off a little more general, don't lock yourself into one career! Get the feel of things, then make a choice!
