Whats a good cheap camera?

Question

Ok im looking for a camera for around £100 it needs to be alright picture quality 7.0 Megapixel or above and most importantly it needs to take good quality videos. I found this Sony:

I own a Kodak Easy Share M853.It has 8.2 mega pixels.It has pretty good filming quality but if you zoom in to much it gets kinda blurey.If someone is talking and you zoom in it speeds up the sond like a chickmunk for a second.Oh and it cost $140.00.
