Whats a good eyeliner and coverup

Question

Ok so starting Highschool i know i wont get much sleep (i have to get up at 5:30) and I already have dark bags under my eyes, I need to know a good makeup to cover them up, also can you tell me a good liquid eyeliner as well as a pencil one.

eyeliner-maybelline define a line or expertwear-revoln-colorstay

coverup-i just use a rimmel london concealer in Golden Beige and it covers up my blemishes just fine, blend it out well and than apply a powder over that, and you'll look fine

i`m not sure of a good coverup

but a good pencil eyeliner is from m.a.c.

and a good liquid eyeliner is revlon color stay .

i like to first use a foundation (loreal true match) then a concealer (neutrogena cover stick)  it works pretty well for me.  for the eyeliner, i LOVE mac.  i forget what the liner is called, but it is a gel and it comes in a little pot, but i know the name isnt paint pots, thats shadow  lol

The best eyeliner is L'Oreal Voluminous!  It's a liquid eyeliner, but it's like a marker.  You seriously just draw it on and go!  http://www.associatedcontent.com/article...

NYC makes a good cover up that looks like a tube of lipstick.  It's the best bargain in the drugstore.

well, for coverup I use either cover girl (the one that looks like lipstick)

or true match (I think thats what it's called... I can't remember! lol)

avon has alot of great cosmetics. I always use the eyeliner called glimmersticks. And they have good eye concealers.

cover girl has some really good liquid eyeliner and pencil eyeliner, for cover up i suggest bare minerals. it keeps your skin healthy, and doesn't clog pores and it looks so natural! it's a little pricey but it's honestly the best investment i've ever made.

there is this brand called arbonne and it is amazing, its all natural and it won't hurt or damage your skin!!!!! and if you don't like them bare minerals is great too (I use them both) oh and mac is also great!!!!!!!!!
