depends what position you play

attack-want head that is pinched so they can hold ball easier. not necessarilly bent on lightness, allthough im attack and imm allways extending the arms to shoot as well as crease shots so i pick the generally light heads.

Defense-want lighter heads cause they have 6 feet of pole to hold along with the head. also you want wider head to have more stuff to hit your opponent with and to catch the ball easier.

frankly the gait triton is a good in between head.
