In pre-Mandela South Africa they used to say rugby is a man's game ; soccer is a game for noggers and Englishmen.

These days, I'm happy to see more and more coloured men playing.  The result is to raise the level of the game and I think in time, with enough coloured participation, the Springboks will be unbeatable.   Just look at their current IRB Sevens team!  Best in the tournament!  Go 'Bokkies!!!

Rugby is a great game, but I think Football is more interesting, for reason that Rugby fans think Rugby is more interesting, the break in the game after every play in Football. Rugby fans find this boring, but it allows a much greater use of strategy making it a much more mental game, and Rugby being much more physical. Can you picture a +300lb NFL lineman playing Rugby!LOL
