If you can get unsweetened and drink it its good for the urinary tract.  But regular stuff like ocean spray has too much sugar/ corn syrup to be any good for you.

It's good for keeping your bladder clean.  When you have an infection, drink it!  I actually got sick of drinking so much of it that instead of drinking the juice I started taking cranberry gel caps to help keep my bladder clean.  Both work great!
