  3. Hello, I'm Floyd Mayweather and I saw you wanted to see how I work out. Well don't forget eating helps me win also!

    The things I do to make me win:

    Sit ups

    Spar with 10 people in a row

    Swim

    Note: Did you actually think I am Mayweather? I would get my *** kicked in a fight!

  4. I trained with Floyd when he was an amateur in Grand Rapids, MI. His routine was the same as everyone else's at the gym. At that time, he lifted 4 times per week, with lighter weights and more repetitions as a fight drew closer, and ran everyday, twice on days when the boxing gym was not open. Remember that he comes from a family of boxers and that he was raised from a young boy to be a world champ. He never stays far from the gym because it is what he does for pleasure. He also has never used drugs or alcohol.
