I never heard of there being a party line website for PA unless every other citizen of PA is withholding that information from me. My advice is to google the city you live in or are going to visit since the information is out there on the web it is just sometimes hard to find. Also the bigger the city the better chance that you are going to find what you are looking for since the many small towns in PA tend not to have very much in the way of fun unless you make your own.
