Whats the difference?

When I am looking at a car, I always notice two different prices the MRSP and Invoice. What is the difference and which one should I be looking at?

Invoice is what the dealer pays to the factory.

MSRP is what is SUGGESTED the customer pay.

ALL dealers get rebated PER car, so even if they sold you the car at INVOICE they will still make money.  So look to pay close to the invoice (lower) price.
