On youtube theres this anime dance thing where the people smile really big and go side to side and put there hands near there eyes...i know it starts with a c but i cant remember what its called. anybody know?

It's a famous song called Caramelldansen. It's actually Sweedish and got popular with anime through a flash video a fan used with the song. It isn't related to anime at all.
