Whats this quote mean?

EVERY human condition is only temporary. If it is handled correctly, it will change for the better, if it is not, it may change for the worse, but either way, it WILL change.

It means that someone hasn't lived long enough to know that you can handle a situation correctly, and the condition can still turn out to be untenable.  It also means that someone hasn't lived long enough to know that handling a situation poorly may turn out to be the best outcome in spite of the way it is handled.

Life doesn't happen in a vacuum.  There are factors in every situation which no one sees and no one may ever realize exist.  I think the quote was meant to be a truism and not truth, but in reality, it is merely a platitude.

it just means that however you feel will change some way or another. you will never be able to stay in 1 constant state. something in your life will change your outlook, and hopefully it is for the better. As Volcom puts it "The more things change, the more they stay the same."
