Whats vegan in vegas?

so me and the family are going to vegas soon and im the only vegan.i think im staying at the mandalay bay hotel or MGM grand.does anyone kno if theres any restrunts that are vegan (perferably in the hotel)? or if theres any restrunts tht offer vegan meals. i kno that most asian menu are vegan if u ask to make it w/o meat and eggs. thxx.

I really don't know about vegan options for real food, but I have heard tasty rumors about vegan donuts in Vegas (I *think* the place is called Ronald's.)
