Whats worse to heat with?

is it better to heat your house with a wood burner or electric air conditioning like environmental wise. my friend thinks fire is better because she says the hydro tas takes water out of rivers and all that and i say eletric is better because they do cloud seeding and use dams to get the water from and they also use wind farms

Hmm, a wood burner would produce a LOT of CO2, and an electric air conditioning system COULD get its energy from renewable sources (no CO2 emmisions)...I'd say that an electrical air conditioning system would be better for the environment...The most inovative heating system that i've heard of is about 3 or 4 kilometres of pipes burried under the ground which contain water. The soil under the ground is hot so when the water is pumped through them it also gets hot. The pipes then go through the house heating it up...
