Whats wrong with my zune?

Question

first of all yesterday it froze on me and just stayed on one screen and didn't want to turn off/on. so today i plug it into my computer to sync it or to reset it but it doesn't see that its already plugged in it keeps saying to connect zune i've already unplugged it and plugged it back in, i've pressed all the buttons on my zune and it doesn't work. any ideas? or suggestions? please!?

Whats wrong with your Zune - its made by Microsoft!

they are all c**p!

even microsoft has given up on them as a commercial product giving away Apple Ipods as incentives rather than their own product!

Mine is doing the same thing!!! Its driving me crazy!

ummm try holding the on/off switch maybe that would work
